3 RECIPES LASAGNA TUNA

  1. LASAGNA TUNA SIMPLE

The recipe is from the blog My Recipes.

– Ingredients –

  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • ½ Glass of white wine
  • Oregano, salt, pepper and olive oil q. b.
  • Plates of lasagna, pre-cooked
  • Bechamel sauce and cheese mozarella q. b.

 

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Saute the chopped onion in olive oil.
  2. Clean the tomatoes (remove the skins and the seeds), break up into small cubes, add to the stew and cook for a few minutes.
  3. Refresh with the white wine, season with salt, pepper and oregano and let it cook in simmer for about 10 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile drain the tuna and discard the with the aid of a fork. Add the tuna to the prepared earlier and let it cook a few more minutes. Check and rectify the seasoning, if necessary.
  5. Then assemble the lasagna. On a tray, place a layer of prepared tuna, then another cheese, then the plates of lasagna. Repeat the layers, always in this order.
  6. Finally, cover with the bechamel sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  7. Light the oven pre-heated to 180ºC for 40 minutes.
  1. LASAGNA TUNA WITH MUSHROOMS AND CARROT

– Ingredients –

  • 3 cans of tuna
  • 1 pack of fresh lasagne
  • 1 can of mushrooms-rolled
  • 1 large carrot, grated
  • Cheese mozzarella grated q. b.
  • 500ml of bechamel sauce
  • 1 onion
  • Olive oil, salt, pepper and nutmeg q. b.

– Mode of preparation –

  1. To begin, drain the cans of tuna.
  2. Then make a stew with olive oil and the onion sliced.
  3. Add the grated carrot, the mushrooms and the tuna and let it cook a little longer.
  4. Remove from the heat and add the béchamel sauce gradually (until you get the consistency that you want) and stir.
  5. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg, and place again over heat. If necessary grind the spices.
  6. To assemble the lasagna, arrange on a tray a layer of bechamel sauce, followed by plates of lasagna and then a layer of tuna. Repeat the procedure until you finish the ingredients and finish with the plates of lasagna.
  7. In the end, cover with bechamel sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven.
  1. LASAGNA TUNA AND BROCCOLI

– Ingredients –

  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 2 carrots medium-sized
  • Broccoli (without the trunk) q. b.
  • Mushrooms fresh white q. b.
  • Plates of lasagna q. b.
  • Onion, olive oil, salt, minced tomato, white wine, garlic, paprika powder and oregano q. b.
  • Cheese with pesto to sprinkle on q. b.
  • 200 ml of bechamel sauce.

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Start by sautéing the chopped onion with the olive oil.
  2. When golden brown add the carrots cut them in thin slices and let it cook.
  3. Then, add the tuna, broccoli chopped, the mushrooms, previously rolled, and season with salt, garlic powder, paprika and oregano.
  4. Add the pulp of tomato and drizzle with a little white wine. Cover and let cook for a few minutes. If necessary, add a little water.
  5. When the is prepared, cooked go to the assembly of the lasagna. In a tray, place a little of the prepared tuna. After a layer of plates of lasagna, then of prepared tuna and again lasagna. And so on. Finally drizzle with the bechamel sauce and sprinkle with the grated cheese with pesto.
  6. Bake in the oven, pre-heated to 180º C, for about 30 minutes and until golden.
