This morning we woke up with the great news that SonyEricsson had intentions of update the current Xperia range to the new version of Android, Ice Cream Sandwich. This news spread like wildfire throughout the network terminals Xperia owners to brighten the day, but it seems that it will finally stay in water of Borage.
Having seen running the news, from SonyEricsson hurried to publish an official statement on the subject, denying all the information in the connection. They at least, soothing to all with a declaration of intent:
“When it comes to future platforms of the Android OS, we will make them available to consumers in a timely manner, as long as they improve the user experience and are viable from a hardware point of view.”
As it can be seen from this release, updated terminals within what is possible, any time Google makes what will be the minimum specifications, characteristics and requirements that require the new version of the operating system, and always to be done while maintaining a satisfactory user experience.
In truth, SonyEricsson takes time doing a good job with its line of terminals, and we have no doubt that they will work to update their models. Even so, let us equal to that at the beginning and with honey on the lips, maybe we don’t know more than what we already knew.
Remember that SonyEricsson was the first company to release the bootloaders officially, which even then explained as compiling kernels for their terminals, and that users of the Xperia X 10 were surprised with an update when they expected to stay in an obsolete 1.6 Donut. We trust in SonyEricsson?
