You no longer have to share photos with all your followers on Instagram: a social network today announced Instagram Direct, a feature that will send photos and videos only for a friend or a group of people. The content sent to you can be accessed through an icon in the upper right of the application.
To share privately content, simply select Direct instead of Followers after editing the photo and then choose the people who will receive the content. A conversation will begin and you will see, in real time, people viewed, commented and enjoyed the content.
Instagram Direct will initially be available in apps for Android and iPhone, which are being updated today. We asked about the availability of the resource in the version for Windows Phone, but Instagram does not have expected to launch new in the platform Microsoft.
