Training for Nijmegen March

A good education is the basis for the success of the Nijmegen Marches. This 4-day is the only multi-day hiking cruising mandatory prescribed distance. Good preparation takes about 4.5 months training structure. Regular exercise, increasing steadily walking distance and many kilometres during the spring will be the third week of July to bear fruit in “nijmegenmarschen.”

Doping and cycling, unfortunately, seem to be inseparable.Here is a list of some well-known cyclists for doping punished. The list includes drivers who have been convicted since 1970 for doping. Ivan Basso, Jan Ullrich, Tyler Hamilton, Marco Pantani, Kim Andersen, Alberto Contador, Alejandro Valverde, Joop Zoetemelk, Floyd Landis, Christophe Moreau, Richard Virenque, Michael Boogerd, Lance Armstrong, Danny Nelissen and Alexander Vinokourov are just some addicts in cycling.

Who is Marcel Kittel

The German sprinter Marcel Kittel is one of the biggest cycling talent in the world. Many cycling experts expect to be the largest rival Mark Cavendish in the future.Marcel Kittel was born on May 11, 1988 in the Eastern German city of Erfurt. His father used to be a successful amateur cyclist who rode for DDR choice. Together with father Marcel began as a teen regularly cycle. During these trips, he got a taste and Marcel, dreams of a brilliant career in cycling.
